SWEET POTATO

After i gave birth, all i want is to loose weight.Mothers will agree with me that we really wanted to loose that extra fat we gained though pregnancy. Its been 9 months and i'm still carrying these fats.Though i wasn't into diet but still there's this urge in me that i wanted to loose. One afternoon,i asked our sewer to visit me since i wanted her to make me new curtain's for the house.I noticed her with the new look and super thin figure.I was so surprise seeing her where in fact she really is huge.I ask her what she'd do and she shared to me her meal-diet as gracious as she could.

  • NO RICE AT ALL
  • INSTEAD OF RICE,EAT KAMOTE OR SWEET POTATO

(2) Study to isolate the antidiabetic component of white-skinned sweet potato suggested the active component to be an acidic glycoprotein because it contained a protein and sugar and adsorbed onto the QA column at pH 7.0.s
  • Dengue: Like the MILK (Euphorbia hirta), there have been anecdotal reports of the use of Ipomoea batatas in dengue, with improvement in platelet counts being attributed to decoctions of kamote tops.
