SUNDAY'S IS OUR church,mall,beach,pool,food &play day.It has been our our family routine that sunday's should be a worry and stress free, fun and bubbly day.As a mom, it really excites me too since i love dressing up my boy.I could secretly say that my husband is "vain"in his own little way hahahaha..Hes very particular with what he wear, esp the color and the fitting.I guess doctor's are born that way anyway and he just wanted to pass it on his son.(very vain) hahahha.My husband is my number 1 critique when dressing up our boy.He's very particular with the design,style and the color that is why i am very careful in choosing.We are not particular with the brand somehow but just the comfortability,style,design and the durability(were giving justice to the bucks we spend anyway).So here are some picture's of my son on what he wore last sunday..Hope you like it,=)...

JUST LAST YEAR,my NOKIA N70 phone actually was stolen from a cafe..It really made my heart sunk - out since its the only phone that lasted in me for almost 4 yrs.I remember we bought the same unit together with my hubby(whose yet my bf then).From that moment on,i promised myself not to buy pricey phones or i might end up giving it away to thief's..For the past months,i've been using my mom's old old old phone,no camera,black and white LCD,4 lines display and more.I just remind myself always that its not the features that count but the signal and the load,hahahha poor me,just encouraging myself but i know deep inside, me too wanted a better and new model phone.My husband ask me to buy new one but i wanna ground myself so i would learned my mistakes and stand for it.Money is not easy to find and i wanna save and learned the hard way.I know one day,i might have a phone better than the one stolen,hahahha,(lifting myself to the highest level,hehhe)Anyhow,its just a phone,a phone ,and a phone..

Then came April of 2011,same month my phone was stolen,my husband was teasing my phone.It really irritates me but hell yah,its my fault anyway.Everytime we go to a mall i always glance on windows of the phone shops,thinking and praying i hope i would have that one too.One afternoon,we were in a mall with hubby and baby,my hubby just asked me,why i always glance on that phone,i just simply say,if ill win lotto ill surely buy that then my hubby just laugh and answered,how will you win lotto you dont even buy tickets,then we laugh.The following day,my husband and our baby went to the mall again to buy something.Little did i know,he was already planning to buy that phone ive been eyeing.we went inside the shop and said"Go hon,pick the model you want,just make it faster coz im freakin hungry,and my jaw dropped and I was like"omg,are you sure?then he said as i have said,make it faster coz im hungry.I was so happy that i pick the one i truly like..=),my husband do love to surprise me..=) and i LOVE IT...=))

Now,im a certified BLACKBERRY user and i super like it.

MONEY IS A VERY IMPORTANT OBJECT in our lives.Its something that we use to buy goods and pays our daily needs.But if you dont work hard,money will not come into you,unless you were born heiress.. I could honestly say i am very "NOT" good with money since i love to eat,shop and travel but when i got married and gave birth,i learned to value money.These are the 3 things that i learned and still hopping i could apply these lessons FOREVER...

BUDGET -now i slowly little by little learning how to budget.I don't buy things that are not important.I buy things which i or we could literally use.As much as possible,i set money for what we really use for our everyday consumption.
NO DEBTS - we intend not to use our credit cards,or buy things that are installments.We have to practice the word "patience" that in time if we need something,well have to save money to buy that something.NO to loans at all.(for now)
SAVE MONEY - if we have money,its better to put it in the bank and not on the wallet...

I hope and pray that i will forever practice this kind of attitude.Patience is a virtue and im crossing my finger for this goal...GOODLUCK TO ME?

For the past weeks,I've been very sad and so depressed.A lot of things happened lately that really breaks my heart.2 weeks ago my little boy was sick and it lasted for almost a week.Looking at him in pain is like killing us all.Thank and praise god,he was able to cope the bad bacteria that got into his system.after a week,my sister was diagnosed of having a gallstone and that need to be removed.She was scheduled for an operation and thank god,the operation was successfully done.2 days after my sister's operation,i got a phone call from my auntie telling me that my dad was in pain and they brought him to the hospital.He was rushed and was admitted up to now.He was diagnosed of PNEUMONIA.It really worries me and definitely breaks my heart if any member of my family will get sick.I maybe tough and strong but deep inside me,my heart is bleeding..We cant hold what will happened next because everything is up to God.We cant predict the time.All we can do is just to pray and ask God for guidance and enlightenment.I surrender everything to God and i know everything will be ok in his time..Im so thankful and so blessed because God gave me such a very supportive and loving husband.He makes me feel especial and that everything is ok and will be ok..Im so touched yesterday and so happy.If im super down,he knows what could make me happy.He went home early from work,cancelled his patients appointments,and brought me and our baby boy to a Japaness Restaurant and dine."Order everything and little thing you want,eat anything you want and drink anything you want,my hubby said..:-) I smiled and kissed him.After here,will go the grocery and buy all you need,(i really enjoyed doing some groceries though)and last will buy some tagalog DVD'S that you havent watched,and i'll watch the movie with you( because he doesn't like tagalog movies esp.love stories..;-)

I felt a different feeling..A feeling of happiness and really uplift my spirit knowing that somebody and someone is there for you and who will do anything to make you happy..Such a nice feeling and super thankful for my dear husband and baby who kept on giggling all the way..:-) Love you both and thank you lord..

JUST FEW DAYS AGO, my hubby surprised me with a gift..He ask me to go with him to the mall with our baby and just wanted to roam around..I thought he just wanted to go there because he was just bored or something.All the while,he was thinking of buying me something then.He ask me to just pick one.Wether to pick a macbook or a DSLR camera.Then of course i wanted the macbook since im always on the net.Never did i imagine he would buy me right away.. :-) He just dragged me to the apple store and let me pick the one i wanted..To my surprise,i hugged him and kissed him..ehehhe surprising isn't it?!!!! He knew how much i wanted to buy lappy but because we have to save money for some projects,it was put aside.My hubby is kinda weird sometimes but i love it..Thanks so much honey bk...muahhh!!!

Last Saturday morning,when our little boy woke up,my husband and i are so surprise when we touched him. He's hot and and its like he's not feeling well.We are so sad and so worried of our little boy.When we checked his temperature it was already 38.4'c..We decided to bring him to the hospital and have him checked,the doctor told us he was having tonsillitis.Its an inflammation of the tonsils caused by infection.

Hi guys!!! this is my 10 month old baby boy SKY..In this picture we call him our little alibang-bang..or a Caterpillar in English.Sky is so fun of taking pictures and surely really love to pose in front of the camera and wanted to show his 2 tiny teeth.When the photographer ask him to smile,he would not just smile but he would giggle as if somebody is tickling him.The photographer is so amazed by his attitude that he even call him the "professional/baby/model".

Sky knows a lot of things already.He can barely say "dad-da" and when he's so hungry and wanted to have his milk right away he can say du-dey.(daddy)(hehehe like the British accent)that's why we love to put the milk on hold for how many seconds so he would kept on saying du-dey.When its time to sleep and pray he would just put his to hands together. He loves to read the books especially Pinocchio and The Hunchback of Notre Dame.He can stay in front of the monitor the whole day as long as its Barney that he's watching and he super love Barney with all he's heart. ..

Time flies so very very fast that we did not notice he's turning one in 2 months.We are so excited for our baby's journey.As i mention on my past entries that he is out heart that walks and that he's the one that kept us going amidst trials and difficulties..

Hi everyone !!! :-) ..Its been a while since the last time i was on my PAGE...For the past 2 months,i was doing a lot of things..From holidays,transferring to a new and better house,and some small things that need to be taking cared of.I super love our new house right now.It's bigger than the the other one.I like the bathroom,the kitchen,the living room,very spacious, but i am not so happy with the garden because it was too small that i cannot plant all my favorite plants courtesy from my mom's collection...:-)..It was indeed a good place to stay since our little SKY is starting to walk with the help of somebody and that he could go wherever he goes on his walker.The place is very secured but only that,its so hot if its around 11:00 am down to 3:00 pm since the gate and the wall is too high that the fresh air can't get in...(additional amount on our electric bill ..:-(

Right now,both my hubby and i agreed that we really are at home on this house... (",)

SINULOG PIT SENOR - CEBU

My hubby and i has always been a devotee of Senior Sto. Nino.When we were still Bf's and GF's we make it appoint to spend Sinulog every year.It was like a promise to sto. nino that we would celebrate that very special day.Thousands and thousands of people flock to Cebu and celebrate.It was one of the most grandest and most colorful festival in the Philippines.The festival usually spend every third Sunday of January in Cebu City Philippines in honor of sto.nino.One of the main event of the festival is the street dancing where a lot of contingents from different regions and join the said event.

There are 3 main event in the Sinulog :

1. PROCESSION -a solemn procession along the major streets which lasted for hours due to a vast crowd.
2. STREET DANCING- Sinulog parade starts at Sunday morning

3. FLUVIAL PARADE- a water parade from Mandaue City to Cebu City with Sto.Nino carried with a boat with flowers and candles and the procession ends at Basilica church.

Street party's are everywhere during this 9 days celebration.There are a lot of tourists come and witness Sinulog.If you want to experience this very superb festival,have a month ahead reservation from hotels and booked tickets as early as you can or else you have to wait for the next Sinulog to experience the fun.

For the past 3 days,i wasn't active with my blog for some medical reason's.Just last Sunday,we are very sad and so worried when we found out that the poop of or baby is not normal.He's been defecating and its not solid anymore but water.After 3 hours,we rushed him to the hospital to have him checked.We were advised to have a stool exam and later, our Pediatrician found out that he is positive of AMOEBA.What a surprise.He's drinking a distilled water,bath with a mineral water,bottles & even toy's are sterilized,cottons under go with an autoclave,alcohol before holding him,well sanitized room and house,but what a surprise,he still got it.I asked our Pediatrician why he got it and where,She said,that's the common disease we got if its a rainy season.No matter how we avoid it,it will attack us especially to the babies.We are just so blessed because baby Sky is such a strong willed baby.We know deep inside that he's fighting.Given the fact that he's not feeling well,that he's tummy is aching,but still he smiled and hugged us and play's with us and not showing any signs that he's sick as if everything is normal.God is so good that he provides us all the things needed for he's medication.Right now,baby Sky is still under medication,given proper diet and 100 times careful with everything.

My apology to my friends who visited here and wasn't visit you in return.Hope you all will understand.I'll double my time to visit you guys.Thank you..

For the past 2 years, my hubby was active playing Airsoft.For those who don't knot what an airsoft is,its a hobby or sport where they use firearms replicas and play as if they are in a war.When they play they set a goal to obtain depends on what they agreed upon.Who ever has the last men standing or the first one to achieve that certain goal, the marshal will then declare as the winner.

If you decide to joined this kind of hobby or sport,you should be emotionally and financially prepared.Emotionally because since you are plying as if your'e in a war,you have to anticipate that someone out there will totally cracked you and surely hit you.Financially because you should have all the basic gear in order for you toplay.

I am so excited for tomorrow Nov.25,2009 because it will be mommy and daddy's wedding anniversary.It will be their 42 nd wedding anniversary.I am hypocrite if i will say my family is perfect because we all have shared our sorrow's and difficulties in life.As a family there's always the "UP's and DOWN's".But amidst all difficulties my family maneuver to the right direction.My mom would always tells us that she was grateful and blessed to have daddy.Daddy was a very gentle and charming young soldier,who played basketball very very well.My mom then was a young teacher who came from other place,practicing his education degree.Daddy would always say that mom was very sexy and cute.They fell in love and decided to get married.They were blessed to have 3 precious jewels unluckily no boy with whom supposed to bring daddy's surname .I've grown up seeing how my dad take care my mom and mom to daddy.They are so sweet and you will really see the love and care for each other.Every time my dad would go out of town or country,he make sure that he has something for mom.One thing they have in common is they both love flowers.They collect different kinds of varieties. In any occasions,dad would buy flowers for mom.It might not be that beautifully arranged or that expensive but for mommy its the thought that counts.They are very thoughtful to each other.My mom is a hands on mom,and he truly served my dad with all of his heart and same with dad too for mom.I am very grateful and blessed to have a close to perfect parents.A parents who will do anything for their children and parents who will succrefice for their children.HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MOMMY AND DADDY..I LOVE YOU..A superb parents and a a superb grand-parents..:-)

When two persons decided to get married especially us Christians,one of the many things to have in the ceremony is the wedding ring.When i was still a kid,i remember i asked my mom why is she wearing that ring all the time and the rest she will removed if she will go to sleep or taking a bath.My mom said,it is not an ordinary ring.It may not be the most expensive ring she has but its the most important & the most precious ring she ever has.With my innocence at a very young age,i asked her why?and she simply said,it symbolizes marriage and her commitment to fidelity to dad,a token showing their love for each other,and symbolizes eternity and endless love that cannot be broken.. .But then again because of innocency ,i just leave it that way.As i was growing up and start collecting jewelries,every time i checked my box,i always remember the words that mom told me.A wedding ring is not just an ordinary ring. I always wished that someday i'll also have my own wedding ring exactly like mom and dad.

Last sept-2008 when my hubby asked me to marry him,i was very excited because soon i'll have my own wedding ring...

From my recent post,i mentioned that i exposed my baby to reading books because i know that it will help them develop their skills.But as i have observed,baby's need time to play also.They should be given other output instead of just reading or just listening to baby songs.My hubby and i decided to buy a toy, something that he will enjoy at the same time develop his skills.Before we went to a mall ,i surf the net first to check whats good for his age..I then saw this Fisher Price Kickin and Bobbin Gym.I fell in love right away by just looking at the picture.I told my hubby if there's a stock available then well buy it for him.Afterwards,we then go to a mall and luckily there's one stock left.We asked the sales lady to try it and when baby Sky saw it,he was amazed and smiling and kept his foot kicking.Its as if he's telling us " Mom,dad pls buy it for me".We were so delighted looking at him,knowing that he liked the toy also.It was kinda expensive (P3,995) but because we know deep in our hearts it will make him happy,then without no doubts we bought it.i'll just loosened on my personal expenses instead :-)

Now baby Sky's is very happy and having fun with his new toy.

PNEUMONIA

Last night,my hubby and i watch the news together with our 6 month old baby when the news broke out that one of the deadliest disease ages from o-5 years old is PNEUMONIA.It makes me sad because i have a 6 month old baby.Right after the news,i asked my hubby what really Pneumonia is, the signs and symptoms and the causes.I asked him because he's in the medical field and i know gladly ha has bits and infos regarding that disease.This is what he says:

PNEUMONIA is an inflammatory of the lungs caused by the bacteria,viruses or fungi.

SYMPTOMS:

COLDS
CHEST PAIN
HEADACHE
MUSCLE ACHE
BREATHING PROBLEMS

In order for the doctor to diagnosed if it is PNEUMONIA,the patient will under go general examination and chest x-ray.If then positive with Pneumonia,the patient will be given antibiotics,advised proper rest,give plenty of fluids,medication and hospitalization.Babies are so fragile that we have to take them extra care.In order for the baby not to have it,baby should be prevented by avoiding contact with people who have colds or suffering from lung or respiratory infection.Babies should be away from people who are suffering from chickenpox or measles that may develop pneumonia.

Mothers are advised to bring their babies to their Pediatrician for their vaccines.My baby was injected PNEUMOCOCCAL POLYSACCHARIDE VACCINE.It was kinda expensive ( P 3,500 ) but its not the amount that counts but the safety and the health of the baby that's important.One thing we mothers should do is we should be very sensitive and watchful to our babies.Not only to our babies but to our surrounding's.We have to make sure that the house,the food,the toys and everything that the baby are using are clean and safe.

MALL WIDE SALE

Last friday,i had so much fun malling with my baby..Its a mall wide sale and my hubby let us go to the mall..It was soo much fun and so with my baby Sky..Im not really the typical person who loves to go out to mall during sale practically because there are a lot of people, you have to wait 30 minutes just to pay a single purchase, so crowded, and if your'e hungry ,you have to wait for a table..(which i really hate) even at fine dining or food chains..But last week,i had sooo much fun.The mall service are improving.They set up fast lane cashier,and its making everything fast...GO Go Go !! I remember when im not yet married, everytime i get inside the mall,i go straight to my fave bookstore'to check new book releases and boutique's to check whats new and whats hot for the month,but now that im already a wife and a mom,i go straight to boutiques's that sold for baby's, for the house, for hubby and last for me..:-)..Truelly change everything if you're already married..The prices are quiet good..No 50% mark down but at least there's a 10 or 20 % less..quiet good enough..ayt!! Better save for the next mall wide SALE..

My mom told me as young as 1 year old,i am already fascinated with books.She told me she would always read me stories from fairy tales to novels She is a wide reader,and i guess i got that from her.I would always see different books from her table and beside her bed table.Maybe then,i was enthusiast to read books also.She would rather buy books for me than toys.As i was growing up,reading books for me is a part of me.I'd rather stay home at week ends than going out with friends,out in the street even at the weewee hour of the night.Now even if i am already a wife, a mom and a blogger,i still find time to read books.I have a lot of favorite authors.For my spiritual guidance, i read Joel Osteen,Joyce Meyer,Rick Warren,Bo Sanchez.For novels,i admire Paolo Cuello,Dan Brown,Nicholas Sparks and a lot more.I barely read suspense books because i'm very very weak-kneed when it come's to suspense or horror stories..Books literally help me widened my horizon , and I learned a lot from reading.Its one way of educating myself and knowing myself of who i am in behalf.

When i was still pregnant with my baby,i make it a point to read stories aloud so my baby in my tummy could hear me.When he was born up until now my hubby and i would read him stories and its so nice seeing him very excited and very behave every time we read stories for him.My Pedia told me that introducing your baby to books helps him develop his senses and his literacy development.We buy books with big and bright pictures and pictures with different expressions.

Books are full of learning and opportunities and i would gladly want to expose this habit to my baby.

DENTAL CLINIC

For the past 3 months,my hubby and i,together with his staff are busy, in preparation for hubby's own dental clinic.I must say,it is not easy putting up a clinic.From ordering big dental equipments,down to cotton balls is so much stressing.75% of the materials and equipments are mostly bought outside the country, from his dental chair,light curing device,sterilizer,composite resin,scaler and etc have to be shifted 1 month before to test if all are doing well.In god's grace, everything are working well accordingly...He make it a point that he choose the innovative, unique and highly reliable products for the clinic.I must say again its very stressful but with god's grace everything is doing smoothly and easy.

DENGUE

Long before.mosquitoes for me is just one of those little flying insect that when it bites me,i just scratch it and then its ok.But now,its one of the most dangerous carrier disease called DENGUE.Really, really breaks my heart and tearing myself apart everytime i heard about dengue cases for which i lost a very smart,intelligent,kind,handsome and bubbly nephew.3 years ago,my first nephew died of cardiac arrest,secondary to dengue.Aj boy is a fun loving 14 year old boy who is a computer addict.As i am writing this blog,im bursting into tears because just 4 days ago,we celebrated his 18th birthday.I have a lot to write about him and slowly want to elaborate what happened but i guess,im not yet ready to write about his biography and why ended so early..Let me just share to all of you what causes him to be with the lord so early.After all the laboratory test are done,the doctors prognosis is dengue.Its a virus caught from mosquito bite,Mosquito become infected when they bite infected human and transmit to other people.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF DENGUE

fever lasting 2-7 days
nausea / vomiting
bleeding tendencies from nose and gums
abdominal pain
weakness of the body
joint and muscle pain
rashes
low-platelet count

Mostly dengue occurs in tropical areas such as asia and outbreaks occurs during rainy season.Dengue live along humans and breed in discarded tires,flower pots,canals,cans,softdrink caps and etc.Dengue bites during the day.For us not to give them the benefit to breed,we should make it a point all grounds for breeding should be kept clean and closed.Until this moment there are no vaccines to prevent dengue.Patients who are diagnosed with dengue are advised to put to rest,drink a lot of clear fluids and adviced not to eat solid foods so that the body can rest from digestion and can concentrate on healing.

SOME PREVENTIONS OF DENGUE FEVER:

Wear clothes that could cover your arms,legs,hands,ankles and feet
Use bed nets
Use insect repellent
Aerosols insectisides help clean the area
stagnant waters should be clean everyday
Drink lots of water
Take vitamins to boost immune system

As a mom to a 4 month baby boy,i am very careful and overly protective of him.I make it a point that we follow all the the preventions .I make sure that he wear leg or arm warmer everyday.I applied him SHOO FLY from Indigo as his insect repellent (really safe and really works for infants)gave him lots of water and vitamins.Not to expose him to places in which mosquitos are visible and make sure that our area is clean and well maintained.People may find me very meticulous but i don't mind them because i know its for a good cause.

TOOTH DECAY MAY CAUSE HEART FAILURE

Little did we know that as simple as tooth decay may lead to a HEART FAILURE.Let me discuss first what really tooth decay is.Many of us thought its just one of those little thingy in our teeth that when we brush, it will go away instantly.Tooth decay means the loss of the mineral from teeth.A disease where in a bacteria damages the hard tooth structure.There are two common termed used for tooth decay.

These are:

CAVITY - a hole resulting to the tooth decay process
CARIES - rotten, due to the tooth decay process

Untreated tooth decay may cause destruction,lead to different infections,tooth loss which is extremely painful,and should be removed and be replaced by a prosthesis.The plaque that is forming in our teeth contains bacteria that feed on the sugar for up to 15 to 2o minutes of eating in our mouth that makes acids,and attack after eating and during these time these acid distroy the tooth enamel that caused tooth decay.

Based from the researchers,there is a connection between a gum disease and a heart attack. The bacteria in dental plaque may cause blood clot,and may developed a heart attack, when they released in the blood stream. People who have periodontal disease are highly risk of heart diseases.

TOOTH - DECAY PREVENTIONS :

Brush your teeth at least 3x a day with a fluoride containing toothpaste
Clean in between your teeth with a dental floss

Eat healthy foods and avoid carbohydrates such as candy's,chocolates and chips
Visit your dentist regularly for cleaning and oral exams.

Our health is very important more than anything.We cannot function well if we are not healthy.We should give importance to our body than material things.We should maintain a healthy living so we could have longer lives.We only have one life so we have to take good care of it..

LACTOSE INTOLERANCE AND LACTOSE FREE MILK

When i gave birth to our first child,i am very excited to feed him my very own milk because i know for a fact that breastfeeding is far much more important than bottle feeding.Breast milk is best for babies as they said.As i start to feed him with my milk,my baby had a hard time sucking because my other nipple is retroverted so he had a hard time sucking it.We tried gentle vacuum suction but yet,its not working.Poor baby,he keeps on trying to suck my milk.As days go by,we pity our baby for he still want more and yet,just a small amount of milk coming out,so we went to our pedia and ask her other solution,then she said,we cant do anything but to use pump.Getting my milk through pump is so hard and painful but because i love our baby dearly,pain doesn't count to me anymore.All i want was to give him my very own milk.It went for 3 weeks feeding him naturally,but as the days go by,my milk is slowly going down.I tried so many supplement but it just stop.We went to our Pedia and ask her about it and she said by now, well give him formula milk.She told us to use these Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Infant Formula.But after a week of using it,one afternoon my baby kept on crying as if he felt something so painful.He has no fever,no signs of allergy's.What are we gonna do to make him stop crying?My sister ask me if my baby is on colic and kept on crying?Then i said yes,she said my baby might be Lactose Intolerance.I barely know what is lactose intolerance,so we went to our Pedia again and then here's what she said.

Lactose is the inability to digest lactose,a sugar found in milk and formula milk.It will occur when the baby does not have enough Lactase,an enzyme needed to digest lactose usually in cow's milk formula.The symptoms usually occurs 30 to 60 minutes after drinking milk..

Usually the behavior of Lactose intolerance are as follows :

the baby will cry inconsolably
they twist their body to ease the pain or discomfort
trouble in sleeping

With our Pediatrician's diagnosis,we were adviced to let our baby be fed with milk that are LACTOSE - FREE since he's Lactose intolerant.Soya milk and goats milk are also good to baby's who are Lactose intolerance.From then till now,my baby is doing good.He's going 5 months now,very healthy and bubbly. :-)

DOCTORS WIFE

SUNDAY..SUNDAY..SUNDAY!!! :-) I really really love Sunday's and its my favorite day of the week..Its the day where we hear mass and its a family day..We love Sunday's for we can unwind,bond as a

family the whole day and really spend quality time together with our baby.Our typical Sunday starts having a coffee,eating yummy breakfast,playing with our baby,bath,visit my nephew aya aj at oro garden's and go to our fave mall. For us,aside from what id just say,we also call Sunday our Pizza day because my husband and i really love pizza. We cant trade Pizza with any food.Truly we can even eat 2 boxes..lol!! :-) ..Its good thing one of our favorite Pizza parlor is having a promo in which if you have a Palm card,they will give you another box for free,then we can save more money heheheh!!!!isn't it great?For some families,they will go to the beach,visit some friends house,or simply by just staying home,watching some video or just lying in bed.

For now,i think me and my baby will just stay home, for my hubby had to go somewhere for a medical mission.I always ask him why do you have to go there?Its time for you to rest and be with us.(mumbling). But he just simply said,as much as i wanted to stay home honey but i also have commitments to people who cannot afford to go to a hospital to have them checked.This is a very small favor and i dont want to pass this moment.We are just so blessed because in our simple lifestyle we can afford to be checked anytime we want to,but this people can't.I know for sure theyr'e waiting for this moment, and i want to help them in my own little way.I cant let this missions passed..Then he kissed me and say well go out as soon as i get home.

Right at that very moment,i melted like ice.I exactly understand his point that not all his time are ours even sundays and for sure holidays too.I forgot i married a doctor.There was this instance also when were having our monthsary dinner when he had to live me at the restaurant because he had to go to the hospital for an emergency call.I felt sad but its ok i know there will be more monthsary's but there's only one life we got and he had to help him save that guy.I am so proud of my husband because as young as he is, he had help so many people unconditionally.

Im a mom to 4 month old baby boy and as a new mom, i always wanted to make sure that all the things that my baby are using are all safe.Safe in a way, that not only by the looks but for the chemicals used in producing that certain product.I should be very wise in selecting the product because first thing for sure,we are talking of the safety and the health of a baby..The basic things that you should have when you have a baby is of course clothing, bottle feeding, sterilizer, pacifier,diaper, teether and feeding items.As you noticed, 90% are all made with plastics.And since mostly are plastics,the question is DO PLASTICS SAFE ?AND WHICH PLASTIC ARE SAFE.

I researched about plastics and i concluded that not all plastics are safe.A lot of company's, small and big company's do manufacture products that are totally not safe in our health.One compound that really surprised me was the BISPHENOL or BPA,a chemical compound most often found in Polycarbonate Plastics.Some scientists are worried that BPA can leach from the plastic into liquid held in the baby bottle, especially when bottles are heated to extreme temperatures, and the chemical may affect the body, particularly in young children.And then again it made me think and question what is Polycarbonate?It is a chemical considered to be harmful to human health and the environment. It is known that a scratched and worn polycarbonate feeding bottles will penetrate this chemical into liquids.According to,a polycarbonate is a high performance plastic that brings the product into clarity and toughness,lightweight and highly break resistance and one example is epoxy resins.A polycarbonate also is a hormone disruptor.It simulates the action of estrogen when tested in human breast cancer studies and can penetrate into food as product ages.Come to think of it and according to research,BPA appears harm,mostly to critical development,fetal development,and during the first year of life. In an a certain study about BISPHENOL,it has explored the bio activity of the BPA,penetrates from polycarbonates,the BPA then appeared and released from a polycarbonate cage of an animal down to water,room temperature and that may have been responsible for the enlargement of a reproductive organ of a female mice.

Then by now, since im feeding my baby through bottles, i should pick things that are totally BPA-FREE.It doesn't have to be expensive and famous brand but at least a BPA- free for sure.Just check out the label and see if its is labeled BPA_FREE.Our health is far much more important than anything else and so with our kids..."BPA-FREE" ( ",)
